My painting accepted for RBSA Prize Exhibition 2020

I’m really pleased that my painting, “Walking the dog” has been accepted for the RBSA (Royal Birmingham Society of Artists) Exhibition 2020.

I’m very happy that “Walking the dog” has now been sold.

I've always painted and drawn. From about the age of 16, I made photographs as well. I'm pretty much drawn to abstraction and think of visual art, at least as I produce it, as being like music. I mainly paint in oils and I want different people to take different things away from my work. In more general terms I think of art as a numan response to our life experience. Other people have other ideas about art and that's fine with me.
